7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PinPoint Snap is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, missed captures, or disputes regarding the authenticity of submitted material.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activity.
